i am tired of 4 to 1 dilution ratio for 50 bucks a gallon,, we need a 10 to 1 dilution for 50 bucks,, who sells it??

my dad was a price shopper and always proud of a good buy. always complained about prices.
dont get me wrong, i dont agree with price gouging but if you can make it better cheaper then go for it.
im finding most customers dont mind paying extra for the protection. if they dont want it so be it.
im making $200 to $250 on that $50 gallon for a few extra minutes here and there.

what if your customers demand carpet cleaning for $10 a room?

That's a tremendous value, Larry, compared to Scotchgard, at a RTU cost of less than $4/gal. It says it is also for grout sealing. I ordered a shit ton of Scotchgard from JonDon last year in order to get the gal cost down and it still costs over $8 RTU. I will order some of your Ultraseal 20/1 and test it out. Thanks for making value packed chemicals. I haven't ordered from Cobbs in the past but I intend to.

For grout & tile our solvent-based Ultraseal Impregnator is a better product,

since it will not leave a white haze on dark tile,

like the water-based protector products.

this is the first ive heard of your product larry. i may have to try some also when im ready to order more protector.

oh, and i try to stay away from 3m products as much as i can. ive been using dupont.
im going to check out your solvent protectors too. i like those on furniture. im hoping you have some with a nice fragrance.

Yes . . . a gallon of concentrate will cover 4000 sq. ft. of carpet.

Diluted 20/1 to RTU it is normally 200 sq. ft./gallon.

If you can spray evenly . . . you can use less water and spray @ 400 sq.ft/gallon (10/1 dilution, but still 4000 sq. ft.).

I use Larry's Solvent based Ultraseal for most applications. This past Thursday I cleaned for a lady who wanted the Ultraseal applied. No problem...did the job...got paid...left with a check and another happy customer.

Sunday afternoon about 3 o'clock the customer calls. "I spilled a full glass of bloody mary on my carpet. I just let it dry in a puddle because I didn't want to mess it up. Can you come by and clean it for me tomorrow?"

I said sure and in my head was thinking "this could be fun".

When I arrived at eight o'clock this morning, sure enough there was a large dried puddle of bloody mary right next to the chair. I started to work breaking up as much as I could so that I could vaccum it out and found that the ENTIRE puddle pulled loose from the carpet IN ONE PIECE!!!! No color left in the carpet. I did go ahead and rinse the spot just for my own satisfaction, but I could not believe how well the Ultraseal had protected the customers carpet after hours of bright red tomato juice sitting in a puddle. larry, ive used solvent based protectors on carpet before. i like the idea of not adding water back to the carpet.
