If you’re an owner/operator who hasn’t attended a Mikey’s Fest event, it may be time to speak with someone who has. We wear our complimentary shirts on the job instead of the logo I paid thousands to design.
Why?
It gives us the chance to tell our customers about being among the 1% of cleaners who attend. We get to talk about rubbing elbows and having dinner with the global leaders of our industry. It’s not a trade show with fancy lighting and a sales pitch. It’s about being a reputable person in and out of the van.
It’s about the thousands of dollars raised for the Ronald McDonald House.
It’s about the camaraderie.
You cannot fail by attending one.
Really. Think it over. It’s the best decision I’ve made for my business and it continues to pay off.

It was February in 2020 when we last had a genuine Mikey’s Fest and cleaned a Ronald McDonald House with no Covid regulations, cancellations, or limitations.
A hundred plus of us uplifted the spirits of the parents and took away the soil and just a bit of sadness from the House in Nashville TN. Had we scheduled the event for the following week, the shut down and the hurricane both would have canceled the Fest.

We had to make other arrangements for Las Vegas, Phoenix, and San Diego but fortunately we snuck in a small and local crew to Boise and got away with it. I’m highly looking forward to resurrecting our Fest family and bringing in new members this March at the Greenville SC House. While certainly not our grandest challenge, its smaller size is going to enable us to slow down and teach our new members as we improve the lives of those precious RMHC families.
Add in three more days of excellent motivational speakers, the industry’s finest technical teachers and our legendary caring and inspirational Mikey’s Fest family members to share time with, plus(!) two nifty field trips to fabric and rug manufacturing plants, this Fest will be the best Fest yet, as usual.

I hope to see you there, happy new year friends!

I haven’t been able to do this since the Nashville event just a week or so before Covid hit the world so hard.

It will be great to be back!

We're just two weeks away from Greenville!

I'm sure you're as excited as we are and we want to make some suggestions and reminders to make this your best Fest ever.

Please be sure to attend our Meet & Greet at the Springhill Suites in the BeeHive. Drinks and Hors' D'oeuvres will be served. For dinner there are many late night choices within walking distance, and a nice restaurant within the hotel.
Please arrive at the Ronald McDonald House (drive or Uber/Lyft over to 706 Grove Rd, Greenville, SC 29605) at 8AM. We'll be checking attendees in and going over our schedule and plan of attack before we start cleaning at 9AM, please don't be late.
We ask that you dress as if you're going to work for your best client, an event T-shirt will be provided. We also ask that you bring your best smile, grace and willingness to work well with others.
Please note that possession/use of alcohol, marijuana, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Firearms are also not permitted on RMH property at any time.
If you are driving in for the event please bring any tools and supplies that you may enjoy sharing during the cleaning. We especially need tarps, corner guards, upholstery cleaning supplies(brushes, sponges, cotton and microfiber towels, buckets etc)
Those of you who have committed to bringing your truckmounts, please arrive early with a clean and presentable vehicle, both inside and out. Full gas and empty waste tanks would be appreciated.
Make sure to check with Mike or Victoria before using any un-sponsored or unorthodox methods, chemistry, wands, spinners, sprayers etc.

Casual/comfortable dress for Saturday and Sunday, you'll be sitting for a while so stretchy pants or skirts will be a wise choice.

If you're attending the fabric and rug tours on Monday, wear comfy walking shoes and professional attire with your company brand if possible.

If you have allergies to pollen, be mindful that downtown will be overflowing with blooming flowers this time of year, so bring your meds.
Last but not least, make sure to sign up for our (fantastic) themed dinner parties. We don't want you to spend your evenings alone so we've made it easy to spend time with your choice of industry experts over a meal with five or six of your fellow attendees. Three nights of great options will be available.

See you soon!
