Laminate and vinyl cleaning and maint. question

I have a hair salon that wants me to clean their tile and grout. They also have some spa rooms that have vinyl and laminate (both hardwood looking stuff and tile looking stuff). I know how to clean the T and G. But what could I use bi-weekly on the vinyl and laminate to maintain it? Then what can I use 2-4 times a year to really deep clean it and or protect and shine it?

I never got into floor cleaning (vct, laminate, hardwood, or vinyl) however I will sub the floor cleaning (deep 2-4 times a year cleaning) out if need be to get the T and G.
