This look like a “Micro-Pigmented” aka “Semi-Aniline” and the urine has penetrated into the leather structure (better quality pictures may prove me wrong).
Penetrated urine stain on absorbent leather is always a complex problem.
It is only sooner or later that any cover-up “simple fast fix” will catch up on us that may ruin our reputation.
It is just like a beginning of a cancerous cell in the leather structure and will get worse as its ages.
It is either to be done holistically or not touching it at all - as it will go bad!

This is the standard procedure for urine decontamination I practice; you decide what’s mandatory and what’s optional.
1) Surface Soiling Removal
Soak-up as much liquid as possible with dry absorbent disposal towel.
Use leatherTool6™, leatherBrush1™ and leatherEraser4™ or nubuckEraser5™ to remove dried soiling with help of air gun or vacuum cleaner.
2) Remove the Protein Component of the Contamination.
Use - d’Protein11.0™ as per instruction.
3) Deodorize to prevent Unpleasant Odor.
Use - d’Odor4.5 as per instruction.
4) Neutralize the Ammonia and the Alkaline Phosphorus Salt from “reverse tanning” the leather.
Use - d’Urine2.2™ as per instruction.
5) General Cleaning.
Use - clean3.8™ as per instruction.
6) Acidifier Rinsing.
Use - rinse3.0™ as per instruction.
7) Inspection for Alkaline Exposure - check for tackiness, stickiness or sliminess when wet.
Use - acidifier2.0™ as per instruction to a squeaky healthy feel.
8] Anti-Microbial to Control Odor-causing Bacteria Activities.
Use - d’Bacteria3.7™ as per instruction.
9) Inspection after Drying.

10) Odor Inspection.
Repeat the above processes as necessary.
11) Visual Inspection on Light Pastel Colored Leathers - check for Urochrome Yellowing Effect.
Use - d’Tarnish1.3™ as per instruction.
Use - d’Yellow6.7™ as per instruction.
12) Suppleness Inspection - as leather when wet and dry again, it has the tendency for the structure fibrils to stick together as the fatliquor diminishes.
Use - hydrator3.3™ to hydrate the stick together fibers to separate and relax them prior to fatliquoring.
Use - fatliquor5.0™ to replenish the diminished fatliquor to soften and strengthen the leather structure when dry.
Use - rinse3.0™ to strengthen the hydrogen bond between the cationic (+ve) protein fibers and the anionic (-ve) fatliquor molecules.
13) Visual Inspection.
Decide whether the leather finishes need restoration either to its color or its topcoat or both.
14) Leather sensuous non-stick tactile-feel (buttery, draggy, silky or waxy) conditioning with a classic leather scent to mask the unpleasant odors.
