How would a Greenhorn wand work with a MasterBlend 3500 portable??

This portable has a 500working psi pump and three x two stage vac; motors.

It also has auto fill and empty capabilities.

Would the Greenhorn wand do as good a job on a trashed carpet with this machine compared to the Rotovac 360 or a DriMaster Rotary ??

Curious.

Thanks,

Ooroo,

Hey Shorty,

I know I'm not Greenie, but looking at the specs, here is my input. Looks to have nice open plumbing with 2inch standard. However, looks like the unit is limited to 1.5 gpm. I know the drimaster uses that amount at 300 psi, but I guess it depends on the flow setup for the green horn to dictate how well it would work. I would think a 12" greenhorn setup with a smaller flow would work well. But I'd be interesting in someone with more experience with this machine to chime in as well.

Greenie has sold tons of the 12" and also some 14" to porty users in the UK and the feedback I have read is very good. I remember Greenie saying you need at least a real 300 psi pump to work well with the standard jetting.

Recovery is not a problem due to the glide and angled jets.

I feel strongly that it is the only wand I would use on porty or electric TM.

Shorty;

We have provided several 12" Angle-Jet wands with GG to portable customers with hi-pressure pump systems.

The pumps deliver 1.6 GPM ~ 300 PSI when actually spraying.

The customers are impressed with the cleaning results.

I think a 5-jet RX-20 will outclean it.
