Is this warped beyond saving? What would you do? Maybe just a little buffing with a 175 or bust out the Trinity and a whole lot of prayers?

Remove a few boards to relieve some pressure. Then minimize the drying chamber with poly sheeting. I'd move hot dry air across the top and bottom flutes of the board.

I think I can save it.

I had one like that in a government housing project. Hot water relief valve popped. Pulled the floor out and started over.
