Heated vs. Non-Heated Portable Carpet Extractors?

What do you guys prefer for a portable cleaning machine? We offer both non-heated extractors and heated extractors for cleaning carpets. In most older buildings, it can be hard finding 2 separate circuits to run your machine with heat. That's why we teamed up with EDIC, and had them start manufacturing their carpet extractors with an external heater. This means that you can run the machine as a single corded non-heated unit, or a dual corded heated unit.

Most experienced carpet professionals can do just as good a job with hot tap water and the right chemical with a non heated unit, as those with a huge truckmount unit.
