StoneTech is the best...IMO...its not cheap but its the best...

I use cobbs impregnator sealer, it's solvent based. Best I've used so far.

I use Cobb's as well. After hearing all of the horror stories with water based prodects, I won't use anything but a solvent.

I'm horrible about selling sealer. I usually push to have them pay me to clean more often instead.

I've had the white effloresence from water based sealer experience. I'll never use water based ever again. Plus the solvent based seals so much better, in my experience.
