The new residential carpet warranties have a few more revisions that introduce terms where the cleaner can "void" or endanger the warranty.

Has anyone here has ever had a customer suffer a mill claim that was denied, due to voiding of the residential carpet warranty by an action on your part?

E.G., use of con-compliant chemical.

Please explain.

If that was possible Shawn, I'd open season on the half the cleaners in our town so they can't ruin nice woven carpets or good nylon carpet and blaming it on anybody buy there own damself for using the wrong chemistries to begin with.
