Just jacking but, the last two jobs I did, I only encapped with encap ds and ......

I might hang the wand and hoses up for the rat nastys. May just turn that stuff down or refer them to my carpet layer friends. Hell, they can have some crapetola loop pyle for about 20% over my dual scrub and suck method would cost.

I am wondering how many people went from super sucker HWE's to bonnet only?

Dont get me wrong, I love to steam carpet but my production time with this bonnet friggen rocks!

P.S. I just wanted to say P.S. and thanks

On a time/square foot basis, bonneting, shampooing, encapping is always faster, and your cost is less than HWE.

But there are lots of jobs where it is not practical.

If you want to do every job that comes your way, then you need more than one system.

Gary is right in that you need to do multiple methods to address any situation that comes up.

The SHAMPOO method and BONNET method are considered interium methods for appearance .

Restoration type jobs require HWE.

I'm sure there are a few owner/ops that went from primary TM cleaning to VLM only.

Nothing wrong with it as long as you know the limitations and understand you're limiting your market and abilities
