Just want to thank EDIC for a great portable . Had a large group of Time share units to clean . Could not use truckmount and they wanted steam extraction. Had 25 units to clean gets cleaned 1 once a year so I was able to do great job with the EDIC with the added heat unit and 2-3 stage vacs.. They were very happy compaired to who ever cleaned prior. Nice to have equipment that is Quality. I rembember Mikey did a revue years back and said it was a quality unit .

What Edic are you talking about? Is it Endeavor with 1200 adjustable PSI? This one is the monster, little bit on heavy side, but with right loading technique , very manageable. Quiet motors and unloader makes the job a breeze, especially when using 2" vacuum hose. I have never used pump out feature or the direct feed
( no need for a three rooms cleaning)

Really put the EDIC to work from the hurricanes used it to suck up a lot of sand and dirt from the storm . Didn't want to use my truckmount. A little extra work but worth it. Great machine never stopped used my trusty mytee cheap wand on the floors did a great job. Sprayed water on dried floors and then extracted the sand and dirt. Wish I was a little younger to move along a little faster. Couldn't get a helper no one wants to work. Made some nice $$$ thanks to EDIC.

There has to be a reason why you didn’t want use your TM
Yes just didn't want all the sand and other in the unit plus no parking due to all the other people working . I just did my thing cleaned up and left. This is the second time in 3 weeks the house was hit from the storm but it's their second part time house on the river
