Okay you're already there. You offer scotchgard for their roof. So you stash some plastic trash can bags in the back with a pooper scooper. How easy can it be? As you're leaving you say sir can I pick up your dog biological waste in your yard? It will only be $1 per pile.

Could be an easy $20- $50 per yard.

Or if you are cleaning their carpet and you notice dog turds on the carpet you just add a " Biological waste removal" to your bill. Again just $1 per pile. And for those who vacuum on those pet carpets you just vacuum them up.
