Please tell me what do you like about the crm if you use one and what do you not like

I have used service monster
Pro
I like the automatic postcards
Live reports
Live job avg
Easy to build call lists

Cons
Have had trouble with the app glitching
Trouble with schedule glitching
Weird quirks

The customer factor

Easy to use
Simplicity
Price is cheap

Cons
Less integrations
No auto postcards

House call pro
Seems great but I’m worried about hidden fees and how they use customer info

Markate
Seems great would love feedback

Any others ???

I use sendjim for the postcards. It links to the customerfactor like a glove. I currently manage 1,030 customers on the factor. I love it.

Hi just came across this post. I am actually considering moving away from service monster since my sub is gone up double in one shot from where I have been for years. I see the customer factor is about a third of the service monster sub I currently have. Any input on how it compares?

Why House call Pro in particular for worries on customer info? compared to the others. We have our system where we do not enter lock box codes, garage codes, or key stashes to be safe. They get written down then shredded.

I'm a little irritated that the cost doubled on my SM also. I know that the customer data can be transferred to another program. I'm concerned that the customer history can't be transferred to another program, which is why I haven't switched.

I think everyone needs to research it because I don’t want to put down or put out false info but I was under the impression that HCP asks your customers to download an app and markets them service professionals for other fields

I don’t want them marketing my customers or list

I tried a customer factor demo and I must be an idiot can’t figure it out. That means my answering service will most likely struggle too.
