WHO is teaching these cleaner's...To CLEAN BY THE HOUR...... :?

The post STATES....I went & cleaned 40 Hotel rooms in 2 hrs..for $160.00.."Encapped".

Do these cleaners "think" that they made $80.00 a hour.. :?:

Does anyone ever COST out your JOBS... :?

And you GUYS "cry" about the "priceshoppers"........LET THE "PATEL" Clean there own carpets..!

The Chinese restuarents & cheap hotel's ....need to be "SHUT DOWN" by the Board of Health''

I have learned the hard way that 10 percent of every job should go to equipment and truck maintenance or equipment upgrades. When you think things are goint great and then bam new tires, brakes, solution lines, quick connects, jets, glides, etc. You get the point. Don't forget your insurance, taxes, and fuel costs. Oh yea the most discussed topic on this board CHEMICALS. Only hacks clean volumes of carpet to get to a set dollar amount.
