The clog should be an easy find
Well the clog was in between my employees ears he was removing the sock filter and emptying it but not spraying it out… it was covered in dirt and sand and couldn’t breathe I took out the box and cleaned everything out and showed him what to do…

toss the panty hose and paint filters.
They're more PITA than they're worth.

Make life more bedder, Jay.... for you and your tech
Use a round in-line filter.
lose the sock, just use the metal mesh screen.
It catches the chit, but allows the silt/sand and dander to pass (what fouls the sock quicker)

easier/faster to clean/rinse out after every job too.
(especially compared to that bigazz heavy filter box)

the easier, the more dummy proof, the bedder

also efficient more in the picture big, a filter in-line is :yoda:

your van looks constipated lol how did you get that beast in there... I have that same setup in a box van. I like how the butler one is setup because its easier to use the filter if I give them a devastator they wont use it because it will be easier not to. I am gonna order a reusable one through butler.

on the 870 do you think the 2x 2inch setup is better than just running 1x2.5 to the filter?

I had the Devestator and sold it because of the pooling of sludge water that always seemed to leak from it.
This is my in-tank filter that fits into the top of my waste tank. You can see the aluminium frame that the paint filter attaches to. All kinds of breathing room for the blower with this set up.
The filter can be washed down mid job if needed.
