I have descaled 4 times. Twice with prochem descaler and twice with Clr. As well as just the heat exchangers with a motorized 12v pump.
I don not have a watersoftner so what is the recharge all about (confused) . I live in the California Bay Areas
I have noticed disconnecting the radiator fan temp goes up. Takes forever. I connect it back when it finally gets to 200 and even took it to 220 so I do not blow the Kubota engine up. I connect fan back it gets cold. :icon_rolleyes:
I am stuck and I need some damn heat. Any info would be appreciated .Nothing is going into the tank from the fresh water reief valve unless it s very hot .
New thermostats rebuilt radiator. new cap. Bluewave has 3k in hours .

I understand your frustration but can you give it a while before you start or bump another thread on the subject. It is Sunday night so it might take some time.

If you don't have a softener ignore what you saw in the other thread.

I'll see if I can't find some info for you.

Did the problem start when you replaced radiator, cap, and thermostat?

Sounds like the thermostat is opening too soon and allowing the new radiator to overcool it.

Gas or Diesel?

descale... thendo you have a high temp dump off the water box? if that is stuck open you are screwed..

I have a 405, that had a air pump out, and a high temp water box dump bad.. now the water box dump works off of vacuum.. So, only way to tell is under load.. is that hose getting hot?

MY Performer showed a huge increase in heat. my thermalwave, so far, flawless! Love that machine. I baby it, and it treats me well. As does the 405.

Gas Kubota engine ! When the water starts to bypass from the waterbox to the waste tankI am preventing it just to see how hot I can get it . I did notice the thermostat should be 160 the one in the machine says 180 and the only other one at the parts store was 180.
So I am going to Kubota in the morning and get the 160 as well as the 195.

Went to three Kubota Dealerships without a serial number forget it . They are only aware of one thermostat and they do not know the degrees at all Kubota has no degree marking on there thermostats. They also said to contact bluelive because they are not aware of the one that bypasses to the HE. Also went to 3 autoparts stores all said thermostat is small and evertything they have is 180 degrees .
Blueline is closed today . Drove 150 miles and accomplished nothing. I do not know if this means anything but I am going by the book.

Explanation machine when turned on the first thermostat as soon as it get to 160 it bypasses to HE.
After the HE gets hot its supposed to open the second thermostat at 195 to go flow through the radiator . :dejection:

What part of the machine is reading 168 degrees??

Are you reading the actual water temperature at the thermostat, or the temperature of an exterior surface of the engine?

Aiming the gun before the thermostat which is supposed to open at 160 but I have a auto 180 degree one so the thermostat is approx 10 degrees from opening. . All readings after that are lower .
