LARGE warehouse, 16k sqft of rubber sheet, VCT, and vinyl plank.

I went high on the bid, because it’s REALLY dirty, and we are crazy busy right now.

I told him we were not going to do ANY wax stripping, and they had to do all the vacuuming for us beforehand.

I also told him it wasn’t going to be cheap…

He still insisted that we do it next Thursday.

Anyone want to come help clean up 55 years worth of filth?

I’ll buy pizza and soda.

I hate it when that happens. I put out an absolutely absurd bid on a job last week. I still don't want it, but if I get it I can probably retire early. Good luck, at least you're getting paid. Reward yourself with a couple extra days off when you're finished.
