What is the best equipment you bought this year? and or the best pre spray (or other chemical) you tried this year??

For me,,
equipment:

it would be the rotovac 360i, the first trashed job I did with it I almost shed a tear of joy.

Best pre spray this year:

would have to be Powermax, I experimented with several others, strayed back and forth to a few different products. But all in all I like Powermax . The stuff just never Never disappoints.

Best Chemical find:
A tie between ,Pool supply peroxide, (cheap as heck and can pick it up local). And sunshine deodorizer.

The worst??? Steamin Demon, It cleans great and EZ set up for high rise work, but what a PITA to operate, and slow as heck. My low back still hurts from the 3 apartments I did with it 6 months ago, lol

Would love to hear from you guys, thought this topic might be fun.

Rainbow Carpet And Upholstery Cleaning
Magic Potion Neutral

That was an excellent new product, the "Mikey Juice", that Magic Wand made up at Mike's request. A neutral pH (well they say either 8.6 or 9.3, I need to do a pH check for myself) wool safe, upholstery safe, POWDER, that is extremely concentrated. The 2# sample Mike sent me did a LOT of furniture, oriental rugs, and some expensive wool carpeted rooms this summer. It's a good product to have on the truck. I need to order more and do more testing. It's very different from anything I have ever used, it can be a prespray or a rinse, and doesn't have the slippery feel of a normal detergent, more like plain water. Obviously it is safe and effective on normal synthetic carpet and fabrics.

I have not been on here much the last 2 months so for equipment it is our 3rd Judson. Love it.
Other than that it would have to be the December freeze in the northwest. 49 water damage jobs in about 3 weeks. We will be doing reconstruction for the next 2 months plus a big 300K structure fire in November that will keep us busy till the end of June. A hell of a year. I'm a lucky bastard.

I assumed they would be for high traffic area scrubbing, if one wants to avoid dragging in a heavy floor machine.

They do a awesome job. Cimex pads and releasit ds2 sprayed down
