Badly stained tile.

I thought this tile would clean up with ease. I mixed stripper (light), tile cleaner, and sp in hot water, sprayed down, scrubed for thirty minutes, and cleaned at 1100 psi. There was an improvement but it is still stained. I learned the pervious owner used old english wood floor cleaner on it. I am working on it right now. I sprayed some Viper Renew down and I will give it 30 minutes dwell before I scrub and rinse again. I am hopeful this wll work. Color seal is not an option. Well that might work, but the grout in a lot of areas is the same height as the tile or even above the tile. We will find out just how good Renew is.

Sounds like a lost cause, how did you determine it would clean up easy ?

Omg. I can already tell a huge difference. I gave the acid 45 min to work. I think this floor is going to look brand new.

This floor (mine) was stained. I thought there was no hope.

The acid kicked its azz. It looks brand new.
