What have you found gives you the greatest flow of 'specialised work' like repairs?

I have a mix personally and I work the insurers, retailers, have a small add in the YP and also push my website.

The repair section of my site needs freshening up as the photos and content is 6-9 months old BUT it's working.

I get a small flow, however I get almost all the leads to convert.

Obviously it's doing well, because last week I feilded a lead from 2 hours away, today I feilded another call from 6.5 hours away :roll:

Now I don't usually travel that far, BUT if they want to pay me, i'll go where ever...

What has worked for you?

Real estate work keeps us very busy, tenants are having to come up with replacement costs for an iron burn or cig burn and many other reasons that I have seen like camp fires in the middle of the lounge room :shock: they are being charged $800 or more we come in and save the day most of the time and make good money too.

I also target hotels and motels, office buildings and the local paper but living in a big city the list is endless.
