Eight inch spread wall mount. Looks like brushed nickel.

That lever on the left is the hot water control, the one on the right is cold water control.

And will the spigot from another kingston wall mount fit into that swivle? This high arc splashes too much.
Kingston has two or three mount designs so im hoping the size, O rings and swivel are universal

You'd have to call kingston. I don't know. It's probably the same if they are made by the same plant. Sometimes manufactures have different specs for different lines. Hence why I hate Kohler faucets.
