Will this fit on a 17 inch Tennet 2 speed buffer?

It has a riser that moves the brush down about 2".

That 2" the clutch plate may be enough to clear the skirt.

You can measure from the clutch plate drive to the skirt for the required clearance.

The brush can be spaced further down if required.
