Just add more oxyboost to your prespray. not rocket science just chemistry. An all in one powdered pre spray that is loaded with 02 and a deodorizer that works on urine smell and stains.
I just want to hose it down, let it dwell and slowly extract.
No water claws, no guarantees or expectations due to upselling bullshit, just good enough until Mr Friskers kicks the bucke

Maybe but the hacks don't bring the prices down the much for the good ones.I'm in a biz with lots of licensed trades contractors.
Plumbers, HVAC, 'lectricians, etc
Guess what, there are mucho HACKS in those regulated trades
There are no "whole house $99.00 electricians" that I know of.
I crawled into a ceiling after a pipe burst.. the owner asked if all the insulation needed to come out.. I told him no its perfectly fine all wrapped and stacked in its bags.. It was "installed" 12 months earlier lolI've got a good friend who is a great plumber. He was telling me about a contractor who got all the fixtures set, looked awesome...got paid.
There were no pipes installed UNDER the house.
Man, we're doing it all wrong in life.I crawled into a ceiling after a pipe burst.. the owner asked if all the insulation needed to come out.. I told him no its perfectly fine all wrapped and stacked in its bags.. It was "installed" 12 months earlier lol
Look at the vct strip and wax business. Most of those guys do it for pennies on the dollar per square foot because anyone can pick up a buffer and a mop bucket. A lot of other janitors do the same thing when they buy a truckmount with a “2room for $79” advertising idea in their mind.who would be the "regulators" ?
The mills?
The gov?
Trade associations?
how will regs be enforced?

You don't want more regs, Sonny
The cream will rise to the top
The hacks will fight for the bottom feeders
and that's all I have to say about that
now then, just one more thing to be said....

Yor choices ARE Tom Waits
Mike...wtf are you talking about
you forgot #4First. I would love to see less carpet cleaners with a lowly janitor identity. Second. A school for serious cleaners who what to be highly trained in their area of expertise along with a basic business course. Third. A unified national certifying board with board members who have been in the trenches of the industry.
