I use Service Monster to create and send them. I set the filters to not include anyone currently on the schedule or who have used us in the last two months if I include a discount offer..
With those perpetrators set, I just sent this to 1833 past clients..

and what a year it’s been…
Crazy weather, politics, economics, traffic, fires and work load here at Connoisseur.. As we end the craziness and hope for a more mellow 2018, we’d like to spread some cheer and offer our loyal clientele a 15% off discount on any order including two of our services. (Carpet, Upholstery, Stone Restoration, Tile and Grout, Fabric Protection, Grout Repair or Are Rug Cleaning) All discounted work must be completed before January 7th, minimum charge applies, call for details blah blah blah...
In other (good) news, we’ve added a forth employee to our staff, Stephen Lakey, a life time Santa Cruzer who has also worked at Artisan Rug Cleaning, has a great eye for detail and a very mechanical mind set which helps keep our equipment working top notch. You’ll likely notice we can get to your cleaning projects a bit sooner with the extra help.
Our ultra deluxe fabric protection product continues to amaze home owners with it’s very noticeable performance on wool rugs and “nice” furniture. We’ve had many requests to come back and treat whole homes once the owner experiences the performance first hand. If you would like to test it out and see for yourself, please request at the time of booking a cleaning to have a dinning room chair, pair of shoes (leather too!) fabric swatch or other small item treated (no charge) when we come out or arrange to drop it by our shop on Seabright.
On a more uplifting note, I have been organizing the cleanings of various Ronald McDonald Homes around the country this year. I bring in a group of passionate, dedicated cleaning business owners from around the country with me and we take care of all their carpet, tile, upholstery, counter-tops and rugs. The feedback from the volunteer staff and families staying at the homes has been just tremendous, so much so I have plans to do at least 7 more next year. If you or anyone you know has ever had to use an “RMH”, you’ll know just how special this organization is. I’m pleased that I will be able to bring out my son Davis and our employee Ely to the next cleaning a the Las Vegas home in January. It’s a real eye opener to just how just how blessed we’ve been in respect to illness in our families and I know the feeling of giving back to those less fortunate, will have a long lasting impact on their lives.
I’ll be coming to town this week for our company Christmas party, if you would like to get together to discuss the weather, politics, cleaning projects, life on the High Sierra or just have a coffee or beer, give me a ring @ 831 588 9063
