You've got seconds to catch someones attention and start building interest. Make it easy for the reader to understand your message. Granted, my eyes aren't as sharp as they used to be but I had to look to find what you were selling. Ideally, it should jump off the page.
Your logo is bold, but people don't buy logos. Your pic is cute but doesn't explain who you are, at first glance it had the feel of an ad for veterinary services. Your offer says "clean three areas," why not mention carpet cleaning? Your list of services is sorta buried towards the bottom and, while I like the font, I'd suggest Arial or AvantGarde simply because it's easier to read and it looks more like a list of information someone needs to help evaluate your offer.
We learn to read from left to right and top to bottom. Start your story where the reader's eye meets paper.
Some food for though......as a basic layout look at this and see if it conveys the basics of your message faster.
