Interesting We had a shake-out bag 16-in and of course the clear-cut models and they never really used a bagged version other than the occasional loner

Have the ever improved the belts on those things? That’s the only reason I haven’t bought another one

If that is how you are cleaning carpets, you qualify to park in the closer parking spaces.

For the record, that is Santa Cruz's Spyder being used at the a uber expensive assisted living facility.

Over 100 invoices..

A hand full of units cant be reached by the TM.

Always used a scampoo with added 40 vol for those.

Spritz some lemon deo around and call it good.

Never could fully explain to the dip shit maint people why I wasn't "extracting"

The previous guy always dragged hoses up two floors and down 300 feet of hallway.

My Sanitare has a cup on the bottom of the bag. Way better than getting a dust shower trying to empty out the old one.

You do realize you’re being judged by a broken down HanDy MaN and a college vomit scooper

FTG (fook those guys)

those invoices are a half years salary for these schmucks

very profitable on commercial. Just finished doing 28 hallways for $2000. $285 per hour. Have a $4000 job in March. Aprox 16 hours. Still $250 per hour. What's not to like? These jobs are inaccessible for a truck mount and difficult for a portable.

The maintenance closet there has a dozen carpet cleaning machines....

Is that 106 invoices within a year or to date? I group mine if I know I am going back within a few days. I write "Done on mm/dd" for each line item. For my senior places I do put apartments and common areas on separate invoices even if I do them on the same trip.

I invoice the assisted living places often to keep big numbers below the radar.

A mix of encap (usually commons), and steam (rooms via windows). We have access to all rooms via the perimeter. If a small section of hallway in front of a room would benefit from extracting we can do that while set up.

We try to be noninvasive to their normal operations, as invisible as possible except for the nice smell.

If it's about money, get after it.
happy customer and check clears, you can spit on the floor, rub it with you shoe for your bucks for all I care

why Mike's getting his balls busted is because his claim to fame and stardom rose out of a focus on no scrimp, nothing but the best.
and vocal about being a hack if________ (fill in the blanks from the last 20 years)

one day a mega TM and uber quality
next day he's padding res .

It's just a matter of time he'll be spritzing Aquavelva in the air as "sanitizing agent"

and I hope he makes a million at it.
BUTT...it's not very congruent with his history
