I was checking out the reports on my Service Monster program and I can't believe I am only doing about 10% tile and grout.
It's only for the last 30 days but it still just feels like we are doing more.
The charts don't lie.

I gotta start calling customers and scheduling the time more.

No, we are doing the jobs I shedule and we are making money one them...I just didn't realize how much more we were doing carpet cleaning. I would think it would be closer to 25% tile.

I was just pointing out how you really never know what the hell you are doing unless you track everything.
