MY buddy who works for Stanley and does $2000 days 2-3 times per week did $3400 today. Not his first $3000 day. He is in the top 2 or 3 in the nation. Last week he bragged to me about doing 3 rooms and a hall in under 10 minutes. Now there's some quality IICRC certified cleaning. Just shows how well that SOA program is gonna work.lol

No...but there is a damn good reason for more guys to raise their rates today, there are plenty of folks out there paying $150/hr for a bullshit hack cleaning and happy with it, you guys owe it to yourself to charge at least what the hacks do as you deliver quality.
