Ours hasn't changed much, if anything.

Many "answer sites" can help your seo crap a lot. Just answer some questions and add your links.

Mobile devices(for us) have gone up 20%(from 0 to 20) the last few years.

I don't know if I totally buy this, I agree that search habits are changing but I think as far as efficiency goes most people are just going to type some keywords into google as oppose to asking Siri on their iphone. Also, yeah apps are great for specifics, but the general curious public is still going to use what works best and what is most known, google is a verb for godsakes !
