Well he's in the same business I'm in and charges money for it, I don't view anybody where I'm at as competition.

But in reality we're all trying to get work and stay busy in a competitive type business.

He's got 14 5 star reviews on Yelp that where I pulled it from.

I've got 47 reviews with a 5 star avg.

Nobody else locally has more then 20.

He has a lot more on Facebook.

I've see Him twice working and the second time he let fly with his waste right in the street.

Lastly I hear from people all the time saying can I see the dirty water?

I kindly tell them it needs to go into a sewer line so it can be reclaimed.

That there's a fine for illegal dumping.

Sam, can you decant a little into a white bucket? Or perhaps, show those ones what is inside your filter?

I would think that picture would horrify the average left coaster, not attract them. Perhaps if you mentioned "safe, legal and environmentally sensitive disposal" on your Yelp. If Schmedlap & Co is dumping that vomit in the street, take the high ground.

Could it be that it is not dumping and Sam's "competitor" is a connoisseur of sorts:

When should you let a wine breathe?

using a clear inline filter lets the customer see the dirty water safely. I have a clear plexi-glass pump out that I use on larger jobs. Some people are just mesmerized by it. Can't believe that's coming out of their carpets.

Yep. Wimmin are SO competitive.
"Is that the worst you've seen?"

I rate the slops on the Cocoa scale, lol.

Always give them at least a 7.

I always say I've seen worse to ease their embarrassment.

I don't care what my competitors do, I try to keep it positive and upbet. Post pics of nice homes and clean carpts. Leave the negative stuff for the hacks to battle it out.
