I have been using a blackberry and syncing it with outlook for years. I have all of my customers info in my Blackberry contacts including what we cleaned, Sq ft, price , at all of our visits.
I am now getting ready to switch to an Android and was wondering if some of you Android guys kept that info the same way in your contacts? If not how do you keep up with customer info
on the road. I really dont want to start keeping a laptop or tablet with me.

Your service provider should be able to import all your contacts to your new phone. They have a machine that will do it in a few minutes rather than manually entering them. If they are not in your "contacts" from the old phone but somewhere in Outlook instead then im not sure. I think its a smart move getting away from BlackBerry. Android will be great once you get used to it.

Stick with Outlook.

Many ways to effortlessly sync your Outlook contacts/info to an Android phone.

A Microsoft Exchange account will instantly sync your phone/laptop/cloudstorage within seconds.

Many other apps available to sync manually if you prefer.

Easy transition.
