Sometimes it's NOT good to be on the first page of Google

I found this on the first page of " Carpet Cleaning Carrolton TX " while searching around my area.

Kiwi is freekin huge...but I hear crap about them and Dalworth all the time.

As bad as their customer service, equipment, finished product etc is....they still seem to have a huge company.
That should tell us something.

I would put Dalworth in a MUCH better category than Kiwi, with nice company owned trucks and real employees.

On the other hand, Kiwi runs an operation much like, well, yours!

I know guys who have worked for Dalworth and I also know people who have had Dalworth clean for them. Not many happy reviews.

Whats interesting about the rip off report and similar sites is that some companies will post fictitious bad reports and e-mail you saying that for hundred of dollars they will remove them.

What a racket!!!

Dalworth has franchises working for sub prices plus subs also, I don't think they have carpet cleaning employees anymore, just restoration and rugs. At least thats what I have been told.
