Hootsuite and GrabinBox can be used if you want your message displayed across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc) all at once. Or just use Facebook's scheduler and post all your fan page posts for the week or month.
You can schedule your post to go out in 15 minutes or 1 year from now.
My advice when you come in Monday morning spend a few minutes and post all your posts for the week. Now it's automatic and you don't have to worry if it's done. Just make it part of your routine.
