I have the chance to bid on 400 apartment complex (high rise), how much do you guys charge per sf.
and do you make money since you charge way less than cleaning houses ? do you do anything different? maybe bonnet ?

any tips on how make money on these jobs ?

Is this your first apartment complex? You're probaby gonna have to come in with an attractive per unit price. You can make some of it with extras -- red stains, deodorizing, spot dying, etc. You might not make a ton of money but it can be consistent filler work that adds to your cash flow.

You aren't talking about an average two story complex where every cheap Apt. whore in town is pulling 200' of hose and bididng on them cheap, you very well may have a good customer here, you just need a nice portable, something to give you close to TM performance on the 10th floor, and make some time.
