Start to set your busn apart from the others through positioning and your service. That will include doing a lot of the little extras that most cleaners never take the time for, little extra setups as well, corner guards, booties (or butcher paper if you like Bawb's style).

A good search of the board will give you more info than you can handle

I would say, no matter what tm you purchase, I would highly recommend you buy a good set of tools and know how to use them. Don't need to know the whole system, though it doesn't hurt when you're stuck, but its good to know the basics so you can replace a hose or belt yourself.


And yes, we are that strange 8)
