On the Slide-In TM.....

I guess one of Duanes models would probably be my choice.

He does have some nice design ideas.

In spite of our occasional differences of opinion.

I concur about the best TM

It's not a slide-in,

but I did like the TM built along the "Steam Genie PTO" model.

My 1988 JEM has oil level sight tubes for both pump and blower, It has a blower oiler that you just push a button. It was before its time when it first came out as far as I am concerned.

They need to consoladate the best points of all and get a superior shaft drive avalable..

John;

The problem with most PTO's is the typical van wears out in four years.

Mine is on its 4th van now. Yes I costs to swap, but if they were designed to be a little more swap friendly I believe more would do so.

I like Duane's designs better.

Larry what's the design differences on your TM and Judson ?

Chris;

On the Judson TM's I've seen:

1. Tank of non-corrosion material.

2. All stainless on the Exhaust to HX

3. Large Stainless HX with more heat than Little Giant....

We sell more DC Powder Brightener (percarbonate).

It works better with the hi pH products.

Mikey,

I got a customer complaint today.

The customer had sprayed vinegar before the technician applied liquid peroxide.

The combo creates peroxyacetic acid, a very potent product with a 5 ppm max level.

Thanks

Succession is always the difficult step, Lee.

You seem to have done a good job.

Is this not Stainless from header to exchanger ?
PictureorVideo252.jpg

The # 4 Little Giant has 180,000 BTU's. Are you saying that you exchanger gets hotter. (I for one only like a HX)

Chris;

I like stainless on any TM.

Most of the Judsons I've seen had painted steel tanks.

I think HX's have surpassed the #3 LG heaters by a good margin.
