I'm not talking much. But something to make him feel important, like he has earned something, and he has. Most of your customers know him and some will most likely be asking for him. Let him train the new guy like you trained him. Send them out together and let them go. When the new guy gets some experience behind him let him go out half day in the new truck, just like you do now. I think you will be fine. YOU answer the phone. Give Wendy a break.
