Help with Heat Exchanger TMT 3000

Hey Everyone, I'm new to the group. Can anyone help me find a new heat exchanger for my Power Clean TMT 3000 truck mount? I bought this used and noticed that the heat exchanger is totally missing. Not sure how to add a picture in group. Really appreciate any help. 513-549-1556 Jason

Blue baron may have something but it seems to be the exchanger on the right side of the unit. I'm not sure the HM version will fit the old Power Clean version.

May end up having something built or finding an old TMT or CFI 3000 parts machine. I assume the same exchanger was used on one (freedom XT I think) or several powerclean models but I don't know which ones

It looks like there is a bit of room to mount a different model heat exchanger between the silencer outlet and the front of the machine so I would probably search "blower heat exchanger" models and look for something with a short straight through setup

Not the same but you can get an idea from this freedomxt rebuild which replaced the exchanger with a muffler and added a little giant heater

Power Clean TM custom rebuild

Power Clean Freedom 45 Tm Custom rebuild- Removed heat exchangers, original engine, water box, and excessive wiring. Powder coat frame and paneling. Replaced Kohler water cooled engine with air cooled. Added #3 little giant heater. Replaced water box.

I think the one from Cobb would be too long and I'm not sure if John's custom machine still does exchangers so you may be stuck looking for something to modify....steambright has one the is ~35 inches not sure of manufacturer
