Here's an example of a bad email marketing campaign. Over the years I have bought several of these chairs so I am on their marketing list. It just so happened that we broke a chair this weekend and I needed a new one. I open my email today and see an email from this company. Great timing. They are have a sale and I need one so I scan the ad and no where on the ad can I find a phone number, link to place an order or link to their web site. You would think they would know better.

After posting I notice that the ad is hard to read but trust me there is no contact information on that ad.
