Duct cleaners - how do you pay your staff?

Just got into the duct cleaning business and would like some feedback on how others are paying for sales and labor related to duct cleaning. I'd like to hear both hourly and commission rates if you're willing to share. Thanks!

We pay hourly for a two man crew. Most jobs are completed within a 4-hour period.
Lead $14.00-$15.00, Assistant $10.00-$12.00

We're out here in the sticks so our labor maybe much lower than a metro area.
