I pay my current tech $8.50/hr + 8% commission + bonus when he works with me. But this guy doesn't want to drive the vortex-- I guess it hurts his Virgina.

I need someone who can eventually work alone. I've paid 30% commission with no hourly before.

200hr x .08 = $16 + 8.5 = $24.50

24.50 x 5hr (cleaning time)= 122.5
8.5 x 3hr (misc time) = 25.50 +122.5= $148 / 8= $18.5hr average.

That's not bottom of the barrel terrible, lots here paying less. I'll pass though.

I guess I didn't make myself clear: the 8.50 + 8% is as a helper. The bigger money comes as a lead at 30% comm.
