crazy short sell real estate cleans

not sure how the rest of you are dealing with shortsell cleaning jobs where banks and sellers are being major headaches screwing up scheduling. this economy sucks but the housing prices and interest rates dropping have been a good thing in my area, i'm curious how anyone here is jugling this scheduling nightmare

I haven't done any short sales but have been doing foreclosures and they haven't any trouble at all. They're empty, we clean them. Usually during normal business hours. Amazingly the ones I have done are high end homes and relatively clean and big dollar jobs.
