commercial mailer

I was thinking about creating a mailer I was going to send out to retail, restraunt, hotels , and offices. The mailer would maybe include some info about us and tell what we do(carpet cleaning, carpet repair , upholstery ect.). I would like to specialize more so in commercial and get some usage out of my cimex. Do you guys think a mailer like this would work? How do you guys advertise to commercial?

I got a call one day from custy to clean his home turns out he was a commercial real estate investor so, I offered to clean his home for free to see what kind of work i did he loved the job and as a result gives me work, sure lost a sale but gained business from it so, the morale of this story is introduce yourself to these investors, property managers develop a relationship and you will have work and their not price shy either.
