Commercial Contract .....

Anyone have a general layout for a Commercial Contract that they could send me ? I am doing mostly Res. work now but want to start pushing into some Comm. work. I am just looking for something having to do with a Maintenance schedule, and payment plan/type. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!
