Collections Letter... Anybody got one I can plagerize?

Any one got a collections letter they can share? I have a diner approaching 45 days w/ no check. IF they dont pay by the 3rd they get a nastygram. If it hits the 18th & still no check.... I guess it'll go to a collection agency &/or small claims court.

If you wouldn't mind sharing your nasty-gram/collection letter please post it here or in the outhouse.
