Centrum Force Fabrication builds Centrum Force, and its MOR Time Saving Equipment, in Albion Michigan. There are times when Centrum Force Fabrication goes on the road with a service team to replace components, install accessories or even provide a major restoration on a MOORE Machine. The following pictures show stages of just doing that for a client in California recently. The planning in advance was crucial to a successful conclusion. First thing done was a trip on location to provide diagnostics and create a bill of materials to fabricate in advance of the next trip to provide the service. Next, coordination of ordering and collecting all the necessary components required for the build and fabrication to be done in Michigan. All fabrication of needed components was done prior to onsite work date. The shipping of all items was by flat bed tractor trailer that moved across country in advance of a two man team that flew out to provide the restoration. The following pictures are only some of the before and after comparisons of the equipment worked on.

Yow! last month we went through that same back end on our machine and thought a few small spots of rust-through were bad. I'll show these pictures to our guys so they stop griping about how big our project was.

PS: I forgot to say what a clean repair that was.

Considering the amount of money that machine has made and will continue to make, and how many decades it took to get to that point being made of plain steel, I'd guess the cost of stainless repair becomes a relatively tiny investment.

Coat all that underside stuff with Herculiner and it won't rust!

Tom, are you still able to build one from scratch and install? And can you give me some idea of what a new one would cost?? Thanks.

Absolutely! We are doing so now. One is shipping out the first week on April. It is a full blown MOR 16' washer wringer with sophisticated electronics and valve controls for water conservation. It is equipped with our 2016 version movable spray bar. It is high end and cost for this model is $250,000 installed. Next we have the MOR Standard Rinse/Wringer which will sell at $110,000. This ships mid-April out west. Shipping & Installation is yet to be determined.

You can see on this model, it has some 'bells and whistles' uncommon to its predecessors of decades back.

Back to a major repair in tight quarters. It takes some ingenuity with our experience in rigging to accomplish some of the tasks we are called upon to perform. These photos are in no particular
