Do you guy's call your existing residential client base? It's the best way to get work now and If done correctly it is very well perceived by the client.
You may have a gold mine of work waiting for you.

REMEMBER!!

As far as calling your customer base. According to the "national do not call list rules" you can only call customers that you have a relationship within the last 18 months.

Calling customers that have service dates longer than the last 18 months can subject you to fines of $10 grand or more per call!!!

BIG BUCKS. (It'll take the profit out of calling in a hurry!!)

There is a work around. You can have the customers agree that it is OK for you to contact them in the future to let them know about "special" offers. Then make sure they sign off on your invoice.

The credit card companies do this all the time when you sign off on an offer(read the fine print).

In conclusion, Protect your butt, follow the rules, Have your customers agree that you will contact them in the future and call them on a regular basis.

It is a very inexpensive way to get an immediate cash surge.

Great marketing! Especially if you have more time than money.

Calling is also a good way to clean up your data base for future marketing.

Don't fear most customers will be glad to hear from you. You'll be amazed how many customers will say they have been meaning to call your company and you called them at just the right time.
