Since hooking up with Lisa Wagner he has become much more visible on the scene.
He says he has helped 43 companies attain great success but unless Marty is holding out on us, I haven't heard a peep from BBr's...

Hi,

If you're not making everything you want from your cleaning
business...

I've teamed up with Lisa Wagner to do a webinar series on
what really works for cleaners to make money.

We made it cheap, only $97 bucks, but you get it for NOTHING.
(Because you're already a customer of mine) Call it a 'thank
you gift'!

The final event happens TOMORROW, December 17th,
at 3PM Pacific, 4PM Mountain,
5PM Central, and 6PM Eastern. We've already recorded the
first two, we've got a replay page up... so you can see the
first two right away, and several people
are already making money with what we talked about in the first
two.

To put it bluntly, if you're not registered... why aren't YOU?!!
Maybe you're already making all you need... but that's kind of
like having extra time... not too likely to happen.

So sign up, check it out... if you can't make it, at least m ake
the replays.

Here's how to get yours: PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THIS, I'M TRYING
TO SAVE YOU SOME MONEY HERE, AND I DON'T WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD TO
PROCESS!

1. Go to this link: www.realdirt.net

2. Press the sign-up button (the one that looks like it belongs at
McDonald's)

3. Fill out the info EXCEPT for the credit card info, DON'T fill
that out... you WON'T need it.

4. In the box for the coupon code, it's toward the top of the page,
enter the code 'LOSP' (Like as
in Levels Of Success Program... Hey, this stuff requires thought!)

5. Hit the button that says apply, and something magical will happen...
The credit card box (where you enter your card number, etc.) will
completely disappear!

6. Hit the submit button and you're done... you're IN ! For Free!

Enjoy!

Hey Mike,

With everyone bitching about how every webinar and event out there has become a big long pitch instead of actually teaching something, we decided to do 3 webinars on making money with your website, your direct mail, and the call yesterday on sales.

Mark has worked with companies that are more the size of Ken's and Bryan's, setting up sales and management systems, but he did write a book that a number of cleaners have bought over the years. It breaks down the systems into ways that companies can apply it to there own smaller operations, instead of paying a consultant to come in for weeks working with your team and implementing in your company.

What been really interesting in our industry is how much we all focus heavily on being technically trained, and how little focus is made on being business trained - and this is usually the wall cleaners hit. How many of us know cleaners who are really, really good... but are broke? There are a lot of them.

That's the focus we took on in NYC when we presented at the last Rug Tour, literally breaking down the components of building business success in the rug field, because in rugs especially you have a lot of "specialists" who are struggling with cash flow. It seems to be the big problem that no one wants to admit.

So, I hope you got a chance to get on the call. If you did, I'm sure you were surprised that we did not sell anything. =) Joe used to always complain to me that my biggest weakness was that I loved to teach instead of sell... but... since this is my show I get to do what I enjoy, and it's really nice to dig into a topic and talk about it honestly and not wonder about starting the big pitch and corralling the money.

Hope you guys have a great Mikefest. Sorry I've not been around but "life" has got me busy lately, and I'm getting ready to start my next 6 month advanced rug program with Jim, so it's only getting busier. =)

Have a super Merry Christmas!
Lisa

I have met Mark and read part of his book. Got busy and did not have time to finish it. Mark was pleasant to visit with and had good information to share. What I read in the book was very practical, useful information. Nothing that has not been said somewhere before, but lots of good ideas collected together and built into a system for smaller cleaners to use.

As Lisa mentioned, I have known many good, even some great cleaners (carpets and rugs) who struggled to make money in their business. I don't recommend any specific marketing program, but I do know that a lot of cleaners would benefit from spending more time learning about marketing and maybe spend less time on tweaking their equipment and comparing every new prespray that comes out.

Giving you information with a money back policy indicates some confidence that you'll like what you hear and that you won't scam them by falsely claiming it wasn't worth your time. Advertising it here guarantees that a bad program will be exposed, so that's another indicator of confidence.

Had a nice conversation with Mark at the Cleaning College. He was thinking about just setting up a program that made it easier for people to use whatever marketing system they'd already paid for, since most borrow information back and forth. Some plans lack a clear way to track return on investment though(maybe on purpose) and some owners wouldn't know how to assess the information anyway, so there was another problem to be addressed.

Richard,
It's $15 on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=secrets

I know how much you like free though, so I'll fax you my copy. Make sure the paper tray is full.
