The site has a nice basic feel to it, easy to navigate. But though I didnt go thru the entire site, I have a problem with some wording:

"Ripple" Removing? - Isn't that carpet stretching?
"Snag Repairs"? - How about...Berber Repair Specialist?

And there are others that sound so kindergartenish.

29.95/room I would say you need to double your prices now, especially in california, I do like the upholstery prices, having a testimonial about you being $25 less than coit is not good, you are targeting a price shopper customer base that way,

mikey you better watch out this guy is in your neck of the woods, after all we teach him here, he is going to be takeing your business, maybe instead of coit on the testimonial it will read, last time we called CON-O-SEWER and they ripped me off, pissed off my neighbors with the noise, the helper couldn't get off his cell phone among other things, calling tricounty was the best choice we have ever made

I didn't see a price or page for carpet protecting and I also didn't see a price for a basic chair or a sectional. I like the overall website. You also need to name your pages. Not just Blank. I even took a little from your site and put my phone number big at the top of my page. I kept meaning to do it, but then seeing yours reminded me. I like it.

Cu, with your experience I would list Water Damage bigger and on the front page, might even bone up for a toll free 24 hr number just for that, I would want every customer to know right up front you specialize in restoration, and keep your number handy like on your fridge magnets etc...

I think the site is good, now publish it everywhere so it can work for ya.
