Greg's method would certainly work best we do that on some small mailings.

On a bigger run we print the name right on the card with the printer, that's better than attaching a label.

We use the line "or current resident" bellow the printed name.

I address directly to the business I'm mailing to or the home I'm mailing to. Sometimes it's a renter and I don't have their name. Mailing Lists are very helpful.
